Shopping with Moorland Paws

Orders may be placed via this site and paid for using a credit or debit card, a PayPal account or by Bank Transfer. Payment must be made at the time of placing your order.

Once payment has been received, I will endeavour to confirm or dispatch your order as soon as possible – usually within 1 or 2 working days.


I primarily supply products on a “click-and-collect” or local delivery basis. On receipt of your order, I will contact you to arrange collection from either Sticklepath Stores, near Okehampton, Devon or from Chagford Market. If you live in Okehampton, Chagford or any of the villages in between, I may also be able to arrange to deliver your order.

Prices quoted on the website for postal delivery are for delivery by Royal Mail or courier service, and items will normally be with you within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. Please note that I only ship products to locations within the UK.

Please ensure that you provide accurate contact and delivery details. I cannot accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to being provided with incorrect details, or for damage caused to goods whilst in transit.

Cancellations, Returns, Refunds

If you change your mind you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the items. Products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and undamaged. Please note that you will need to pay the return delivery charge, but I will refund you the full amount that you have paid for the product including the original delivery charge. A refund will be only issued if the products are received by me and are in a good condition.

Whereas every effort is made to supply high quality goods as shown, if the goods are faulty or different to your order, I will replace them or refund the full amount. For any claim to be accepted, I must be notified within three days of you receiving the items.

In the unlikely event that I am unable to fulfil your order, I will refund the full amount of any payment you have made for the order, as soon as possible and in all cases within seven days.

Dog Grooming

For dog grooming bookings, we ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellations. A charge will be made if the appointment slot can’t be filled with a new booking.

  • Payment is due on the day of the groom by cash, card or BACS.
  • Price for a groom is dependent on the size or the dog, the condition of the coat, how long it takes and how much the dog enjoys being groomed! 
  • An additional charge will be made for dogs that are matted and need to be clipped off.
  • It is the owner’s responsibility to keep the dogs coat in good condition and free of matts between grooms. This is standard grooming practice.
